PASTA CLASS

Our Pasta Course wants to recreate a typical lunch of southern Italy’s tradition in its purest and most genuine aspect.

During the Cooking Class we will realize together the various courses that will form the menu to be tasted on our terrace overlooking Ravello and the Amalfi Coast.

The complete menu will be decided together once we book the session, based on meat, fish or vegetarian, choosing the type of pasta you want to make and the traditional dessert.

Vegetable garden

The first phase of the course includes the collection of the necessary vegetables: a visit to the organic vegetable garden with Marco will guarantee us everything we need.

IN THE KITCHEN

Once in the kitchen, finally, you will start to “dirty your hands”.
At the center of the path will be the production of fresh pasta by hand, of various types and sizes depending on your requests.

Enjoy your meal

Once the preparations are finished, you will go to taste the various delicacies, admiring the beautiful panorama of the Amalfi Coast, all accompanied by a good glass of wine.

PIZZA CLASS

Born in Naples in the seventeenth century and soon became famous all over the world, pizza is definitely a hallmark of Italy.

You will be amazed at how simple the magic formula is, and how that leads to the creation of an undisputed masterpiece of taste. Simple ingredients like: water, yeast, flour, tomato and basil will make you discover the authentic taste of Campania.

Chef Gaetano will follow you during the pizza class and will describe all the phases, from dough to leavening, from processing to cooking in a classic wood oven.

With the hands in the flour, you will learn the story of the Neapolitan masterpiece, and thanks to first choice and zero-kilometer ingredients, you will be able to grasp all the facets of an authentic and artisanal product.
